Delivery policy

1.An online service, nothing shipped

TurtleScene is software you use in your web browser. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or delivery times.

2.When you get access

• Free plan: available as soon as you create your account at turtlescene.xyz/signup.
• Paid plans: active straight away once Razorpay confirms your payment, normally within a few seconds. Your new limits and features appear in the app, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.
• What you make: demos, videos and other files are delivered inside your workspace, where you can view, share and download them. Renders usually finish within a few minutes, and the app tells you when they do.

3.If something doesn't arrive

If you've paid and your plan hasn't changed within an hour, or a render never finishes, email contact@turtletechsai.com with the email address on your account. We'll sort it out, or refund you as described in our refund policy.
