An AI recording is one screen recording, or one story started from a brief or document, and it covers the first demo or story made from it with every cut, caption and article of that output. Each further demo or story from the same recording counts as one more. A translated version is a separate recording, because it is re-voiced and re-rendered end to end. How paying for TurtleScene works.
What counts as an AI recording?
Each new screen recording, or story started from a brief or document, counts once when you create it, and that covers the first demo or story video you make from it: every format, re-render, script edit and new voiceover of it is included. Two things count separately. Each further demo or story video you make from the same stored recording counts once, because it re-runs the analysis, script and voiceover. And each translated version counts once, because we translate the text, record a new voiceover and render the whole video again in that language. Click-through demos made from screenshots are unlimited on every plan.
How long can a recording be?
Up to 3 minutes on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Studio and 20 on Team. The recorder shows your limit and stops by itself when you reach it, so nothing is lost. Most product walkthroughs land between 1 and 5 minutes.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Everything you've already made keeps working and stays shared. New recordings wait until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month, or you can move to a bigger plan straight away.
Do unused recordings roll over?
No. Allowances reset every month, on monthly and yearly plans alike.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and save 20%: $278, $758 or $1,910 a year (in India ₹23,990, ₹62,390 or ₹1,63,190 plus 18% GST). You get the same monthly allowance, reset every month.
How do I pay?
By card or UPI through Razorpay, from Settings → Billing in the app. Plans renew monthly or yearly, whichever you pick. Moving to a bigger plan applies straight away and Razorpay charges only the difference for the rest of the period; moving to a smaller one happens at the end of it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing you've made is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we'll put it right.
Are taxes included?
Outside India, you pay the listed US-dollar price and no tax is added. In India, plans are billed in rupees (₹2,499, ₹6,499 or ₹16,999 a month) plus 18% GST, and the total is shown before you pay.
Do people who watch my demos need an account?
No. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan; you only pay for the people who create.
