The call went well. Then your champion had to explain it to their boss.
Record the flow the prospect cared about. Send a clickable demo they can try and forward, with their company's name in it, and a narrated video for anyone who'd rather watch. A lead form catches whoever it's forwarded to and sends them to HubSpot, Slack or a webhook (Studio plan and up).
A clickable demo made from a real recording of Google Sheets: building a sales dashboard. No lead form is switched on in this example. Click to try it.
All 19 files from this Google Sheets recordingYour demo ends when the call does. Their evaluation doesn't.
The rest of the buying group wasn't on the call. Your champion re-explains the product from memory with a screenshot from the deck, and the deal waits for a second demo nobody can find a slot for.
An hour of video with the useful few minutes somewhere in the middle, your pricing conversation still in it, and nothing anyone can try.
It works when you can get everyone in one meeting. Usually you can't, and each extra call adds a week to the cycle.
Record the flow once in your demo account. The prospect gets a clickable demo to try and pass on, and a narrated video for the version that takes a minute to watch.
- A clickable demo with the account's name in the tooltips
- A deep link that opens on the step they asked about
- A lead form that captures whoever they forward it to (Studio plan and up)
- A narrated video link that plays without signing in
Analytics are totals per demo, not a record of who viewed it. The lead form is how you learn who opened it.
What goes in the follow-up email
The files one Google Sheets recording became that a follow-up can use. Open any of them.
From one recording to shipped
- 01Record in your demo account
Walk through the flow with the demo data you use on calls. For a flow you show every week, record once and reuse it for every prospect.
- 02Build and check the clickable demo
Render the narrated video, click Make interactive demo, and click through each step. Blur anything in the screenshots the prospect shouldn't see.
- 03Add the form and where it goes
Turn on the lead form, before or after the demo, and add a HubSpot portal and form ID, a Slack incoming webhook or your own endpoint (Studio plan and up).
- 04Send a link made for them
Add ?company=Acme to the share link to fill in their name, or send the deep link to the step they asked about, with the narrated video alongside it.

Leads that land where sales works
A lead form before or after the demo asks for name, work email, phone or company. Each submission is sent the moment it arrives to a HubSpot form, a Slack channel or your own webhook, and kept in TurtleScene as a CSV.
- HubSpot: email, phone, company, first and last name and job title map to HubSpot's own fields
- Slack: a message that starts “New lead from” and the demo's title, then each answer
- Webhook: a JSON POST with the demo and the answers, for Zapier or your own backend
The Google Sheets clickable demo from the top of this page. It has no lead form switched on, so trying it sends nothing anywhere.
The short version for the busy approver
Not everyone will click through. The 30-second highlight has captions burned in, so it makes sense on mute in a Slack thread or an email, and the narrated video's link covers the full flow for whoever wants it.
- A GIF for the body of the email
- The clickable demo exports to MP4, GIF or PDF for decks and internal docs

In the prospect's language
Translate the clickable demo's tooltips, chapters and lead form into any of 14 languages, and the narrated video's voice and captions as a separate version. Each language uses one AI recording. Leads still arrive under the field labels you wrote, whatever language the viewer read.
Narration, captions and step cards in the video; tooltips, buttons and the lead form in the clickable demo. The recorded screens themselves stay as recorded.
And a one-minute story for the business case
The approver wants the why, not the clicks. The same recording can be retold as an animated story video of a minute or so, with every scene's animation in the MP4 and its own embed snippet.
story.mp4, retold from the same Google Sheets recording, as generated.

Can we see which prospect opened the demo?
Not from views. Analytics (Starter plan and up) shows totals per demo: views, completion rate, steps viewed and CTA clicks. To learn who opened it, add a lead form (Studio plan and up); each submission comes with the answers the viewer gave.
How does the HubSpot delivery work?
Each lead is submitted to a HubSpot form using your portal ID and form ID, so it arrives as an ordinary form submission. Other labels map by name: a field labelled “Team size” arrives as team_size, so give your HubSpot form matching fields.
What if HubSpot or our webhook is down?
That delivery isn't retried, but the lead is still saved in TurtleScene. Download every submission as a CSV from the demo's Integrations tab.
Can one demo be personalised for many prospects?
Yes. Write {{company}} or {{name}} in the text, then add ?company=Acme to the link for each account. The values are in the link itself, so anyone with it sees them; keep anything private out of it.
Can we keep a demo private to one account?
Add a password (Starter plan and up). It's checked on our servers and never reaches the viewer's browser. With a lead form set to Before demo as well, viewers unlock it and then say who they are.
Do prospects need an account or a download?
No. The clickable demo and the narrated video open in a browser from a link, with nothing to install and no sign-in.
