The feature is live. The launch video is still in the queue.
Record the new flow once, the day it's ready. TurtleScene turns it into the launch video, a clickable demo, social cuts, a help article and launch posts, so the explanation goes out with the release.
The launch video TurtleScene made from one recording of turtlecanvas, one of our own products.
Launch assets queue behind everything else.
A launch needs a video for the announcement, a demo for the website, clips for social, an article for the help centre and a post for LinkedIn. Each waits on a different person, so the feature ships and its explanation trickles out over the following weeks, if it ships at all.
Polished, and booked weeks ahead. Every format is a separate request, and when the UI changes before launch you pay for the edit again.
Out the same day, but there's no voice, no zoom, nothing to click and nothing sized for a feed. It explains the feature to people who already understand it.
One pass through the new flow becomes every launch asset, in your brand colours, before the release notes go out.
- Launch video with voiceover, zooms and a spotlight on each click
- Clickable demo for the launch page
- 9:16 and 1:1 cuts, a 30-second highlight, a GIF and a thumbnail
- Help article with a screenshot per step, and launch posts
If the flow changes before launch, re-record it and every format is made again from the new take.

From one recording to shipped
- 01Record the finished flow
When the feature is ready on staging or production, walk through it once in your browser. No extension and no script; pauses and loading screens are cut for you.
- 02Check the script and the look
Edit any narration line as text; only the lines you change are re-voiced. The Studio style puts the recording on your brand canvas with a spotlight on each step.
- 03Build the formats
One click in the Formats tab makes the cuts, highlight, GIF, thumbnail, captions, help article and launch posts. The clickable demo comes from the same recording.
- 04Launch
Embed the clickable demo on the launch page, post the cuts, paste the article into your help centre and add languages for your other markets.
Built for this job
A launch video that looks produced
The Studio style frames your recording on your brand colours, zooms deep into each step, spotlights the element being clicked and adds title and end cards. Long waits are trimmed or sped up automatically.
- AI script and voiceover in 13 voices
- Captions as SRT and VTT
- Downloads up to 1080p (720p on Free)

A clickable demo for the launch page
The same recording becomes a click-through demo: one step per click, the element outlined, a tooltip with Back and Next. Embed it on the launch page or share a link.
- Lead forms delivered to HubSpot, Slack or a webhook (Studio plan and up)
- Views, completion and CTA-click analytics (Starter plan and up)
- Your own domain for shared demos (Studio plan and up)
The clickable demo from the Canva recording. Lead forms aren't switched on in this example.
Cuts sized for every feed
Vertical and square cuts follow each click, with a step header and big captions burned in. There's a 30-second highlight for emails, a GIF for the changelog and a thumbnail for YouTube.
The 9:16 and 1:1 cuts from the Canva recording, as TurtleScene made them.
Launch in every market at once
Translated versions in 14 languages: the narration, captions and step cards of the video, and the tooltips of the clickable demo. Each language uses one recording from your monthly allowance.
Narration, captions and step cards in the video; tooltips, buttons and the lead form in the clickable demo. The recorded screens themselves stay as recorded.
And a story video for the announcement
The same take, retold as an animated explainer with every scene's animation rendered into the MP4. It comes with its own square cut, highlight and launch posts.
story.mp4: the Canva recording retold as a story video by TurtleScene, untouched.

Something else? Email contact@turtletechsai.com or book a working session.
How soon after recording is the launch kit ready?
A short recording becomes a narrated video in a few minutes, and the clickable demo and the formats take a few minutes more. They run in the background, so you can record in the morning and publish the same day.
What if the UI changes right before launch?
Re-record the flow that changed. The video, clickable demo, cuts, article and translations are made again from the new take. TurtleScene doesn't watch your product for changes, so the re-record is the one step that's yours.
Can we record on staging?
Yes. Record wherever the feature runs in a browser: staging, a demo account or production. Use test data where you can, and blur anything that shouldn't be seen: the area is destroyed in the video, its cuts and the clickable demo.
Do we need to install anything?
No. You record in a browser tab through TurtleScene, with no extension, or upload an MP4, WebM or MOV you already have.
Which plan do we need?
Every plan makes every format. Translations need Starter ($29 a month). Lead forms, HubSpot, Slack and webhook delivery and a custom domain need Studio ($79 a month, 3 creators).
