Brand & player

The Brand & player page holds your workspace's logo, its primary colour and the background music narrated videos use by default. Set them once and they apply to everything you make afterwards, so each new demo starts on-brand without extra work.

To open it, click Brand & player in the sidebar, under Configure.

#Add your logo

1. Under Logo, click the file button and choose an image. A square PNG works best.
2. Check the preview next to the button.
3. Click Save branding at the bottom of the card.

Your logo appears in the player header and on the intro and outro frames of narrated videos. Story videos about your own product use it too.

Uploading a logo on the Product brain page updates this logo as well, since both pages share one workspace logo.

#Set the primary colour

1. Under Player, set Primary colour. Use the colour swatch, or type a hex value such as #1F6FEB into the box next to it.
2. Watch the Live preview card update: the header bar and the Next button take the new colour.
3. Click Save branding.

The primary colour is used for the player header, buttons and highlights that viewers see. Narrated videos use it for their intro and outro frames, and social formats use it as their accent colour.

#Choose default background music

Under Sound, Default background music is the track that plays under the narration of rendered videos. Each video can still pick its own track or switch music off.

1. Pick one of the built-in tracks: Calm, Warm, Bright or Focus. Hover over a track to read its mood, and click the play button beside it to preview.
2. Or click Or upload your own (MP3) to use your own music. Files must be audio and under 15 MB. Once uploaded, you can Replace or remove it.
3. Set Volume. Keep it low (10–20%) so the narration stays clear.
4. Make sure Background music is switched on.
5. Click Save branding.

Built-in tracks are free to use anywhere. For uploads, use music you have the rights to.

#When changes apply

Changes apply to demos and videos rendered from now on. A narrated video you've already rendered keeps its old logo, colour and music until you render it again. Story videos keep the theme they were generated with, so change a story's look with the AI Editor instead.

#Remove or change the TurtleScene badge

On Free, clickable demos show a small "Made with TurtleScene" link in the corner of the player and "Powered by TurtleScene" on the end screen, and story video share pages show "Made with TurtleScene". The narrated video player page shows no badge on any plan.

From Starter up, story video share pages hide the badge automatically. On clickable demos you can hide it or replace it with your own text and link. This is set on each demo rather than on this page:

1. Open the clickable demo in the editor and click Personalize.
2. Open the Branding tab.
3. Under Watermark CTA, choose Workspace default, Custom or Hidden.
4. For Custom, enter your own Text and URL, for example a link to your sign-up page.

The same Branding tab also sets the demo's Share page logo and Share page button, which appear on clickable demos' share pages only. See Using the editor for the rest of the demo settings.
